PerfDash is operated by PerfDash, PerfDash. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use PerfDash at perfdash.io.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
Account Information
When you sign in, we receive your email address and a unique identifier from our authentication provider (Manus OAuth). We store this to manage your account and plan status.
Billing Information
If you subscribe to the Pro plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data under their own Privacy Policy. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status to manage your plan.
Test Configuration Data
Endpoint URLs, HTTP methods, headers, and request bodies you configure in your workspace are saved to our database so they persist across sessions. We recommend rotating any authentication tokens or API keys you use for testing after each test run.
Test Results (Session Only)
Performance test results (latency metrics, throughput, error rates, charts) are stored only in your browser's sessionStorage. They are never sent to or stored on our servers. Results are automatically cleared when you log out or close your browser tab.
Usage Data
We collect basic usage data (pages visited, features used, run counts) to improve the product and enforce plan limits. This data is associated with your account but is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the PerfDash service
- To manage your account, plan, and billing
- To enforce plan limits (daily run counts, feature access)
- To send transactional emails (account verification, billing receipts)
- To improve the product based on usage patterns
- To respond to support requests
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your account and configuration data is stored in a secure database hosted on infrastructure provided by our platform provider. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (e.g., billing records).
6. Third-Party Services
PerfDash uses the following third-party services:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Manus Platform — authentication and hosting
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
7. Your Rights

8. Cookies
PerfDash uses a session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie is essential for the service to function and does not track you across other websites. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
